Today on Edunews Portal an article on innovative learning spaces appeared. It made me think about the role of a space and classroom arrangement in learning process. It is sth that fascinates me as there are many schools where it is prohibited to change the arrangement of tables. I found some rules for arranging effective learning spaces. They all underline the importance of flexibility, collaboration and stimulation of the environment we work in. I also found a guide on creating innovative learning spaces and some examples. Also some requirements in the Innovative Educator. How cool is that?!
Yesterday the portal called Edukacja Internet Dialog published my article from the Superbelfrzy blog – the article that has beed written in July gains his new life. I think it’s time to write another one 🙂
I was ill for the whole last week so this week I will need to write more to follow on everything I have found fascinating last week laying in bed.
How cool is the idea of changing your school or city doing 100 small things that make you happier! I might actually use it during our project visit next year!
I found a very cool TEDx talk by Logan Laplante (13) – I am really excited to hear students talk with such a passion about education. It’s a shame that sometimes schools kill that passion. Being happy and healthy as a central concept of schooling is quite challenging and revolutionary. Inspiring!
Again, I discovered a great Pintrest site with many formative assessment examples. I really enjoy finding those!
